The following year, 2008, was remembered for the publication of Jessica’s book He’s a Stud, She’s a Slut and 49 Other Double Standards Every Woman Should Know.
In 2009, Jessica published the book The Purity Myth: How America’s Obsession with Virginity Is Hurting Young Women. The author describes how female sexuality is used to weaken women’s rights.
2012 marked the release of the book Why Have Kids? A New Mom Explores the Truth About Parenting and Happiness.
